LifePlans series begins in 2007 with a new workshop
The LifePlans series will present a two-part workshop about Advance Directives, facilitated by Shirley Bloodworth, RN. This new workshop will teach you how to write a Living Will and a Health Care Surrogate Designation.
January 17, 2007, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., Reitz Union, Second Floor Auditorium (Course number GET450)
The first workshop will review the information needed to construct these documents and will also provide the materials to do so.
January 31, 2007, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., Reitz Union, Second Floor Auditorium (Course number GET451)
The second workshop will provide an opportunity to hear from legal and medical resources about these issues, ask questions, and have your documents reviewed and witnessed.
