HRS has moved; Service Center features expanded hours
Human Resource Services has moved to its new location at 903 West University Avenue. The new building is home to all HRS offices formerly located in Stadium West, Tigert Hall, and the Reitz Union.
The new HRS Service Center with expanded training rooms, newly renovated facilities, and a prominent location bridging UF with the Gainesville community is open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. UF parking is available behind the building for visitors and training participants. Vehicles must have either an orange or blue decal. A bus route with a stop at the building and campus cab service also are available.
For more information, visit the Service Center web site, or call 392-2HRS.
Employee Education Program participants may now register online
The University Registrar has created a new feature in the schedule of courses to assist employees in determining if specific courses and sections are covered by the Employee Education Program.
In the online schedule of courses, a new field labeled “EEP” indicates whether or not the specific section is approved. If the EEP field is blank, then the corresponding section is not covered by the Employee Education Program for that particular semester; if the EEP field indicates a "Y," then that specific section is covered by the EEP. To preview this improvement, visit the Registrar's web site.
If you do not see a particular course in the schedule of courses, contact the Registrar’s office at (352) 392-1374.

Use your 2006-07 personal days by July 12!
If you still have unused personal leave days or personal holidays, now is the time to use them. Any unused USPS personal holidays and TEAMS/faculty personal leave days not used by the end of the fiscal year will expire.
Eligible employees have until the end of the pay period in which June 30 (the end of the fiscal year) occurs–-meaning July 12, 2007, is the last day by which to use unused personal holidays (if USPS) or personal leave days (if TEAMS or eligible faculty).
USPS personal holidays for the 2007-08 fiscal year will be awarded and reflected on the balance beginning July 15, 2007. Personal leave days for 2007-08 for TEAMS and eligible faculty will be awarded in December 2007. Please note that even though the USPS personal holiday will be in effect on July 15, employees will not be able to report such usage until after July 28, 2007.
Questions? Please contact Central Leave Administration at central-leave@ufl.edu.
