- Conflict of interest—identify, review, and manage potential conflicts of interest
- FMLA—ensure compliance, minimize impact, and improve return-to-work efforts
- Global operations—provide administrative infrastructure, in partnership with other appropriate UF offices, to support UF’s expanding global workforce presence
- UF regulations—update to support a strategic HR agenda
