We will shift from a risk-averse to risk-aware stance as we work to protect against and mitigate potential damage in key HR-related areas—strategic, operational, compliance, and financial.

Short-Term Priorities

  • Conflict of interest—identify, review, and manage potential conflicts of interest
  • FMLA—ensure compliance, minimize impact, and improve return-to-work efforts
  • Global operations—provide administrative infrastructure, in partnership with other appropriate UF offices, to support UF’s expanding global workforce presence
  • UF regulations—update to support a strategic HR agenda
