Computer Challenge (CCH) Cancellation Policy
Computer Challenge workshops provide training on Microsoft and Adobe applications. A fee is charged for each registrant for each day of the workshop ($75). This document outlines the Computer Challenge (CCH) cancellation policy as it relates to fee accrual.
Cancelling your registration in a Computer Challenge workshop
To cancel your registration in a Computer Challenge workshop, you may contact Training and Organizational Development via email (training@ufl.edu) or phone (352-392-4626).
Some important points to remember about cancelling this type of workshop:
- If you cancel your registration with more than 3 days’ notice, your college will not be charged the fee.
- If you cancel your registration with less than 3 days’ notice, your college will still be charged the fee. You can send a substitution from your college in your place; we will be happy to accommodate the substitution
- If you are registered for, but do not attend a workshop, your college will still be charged the fee.
- Because there is a charge for the CCH courses, it is especially important that you discuss your attendance with your supervisor in advance.
- An invoice will be sent at the end of each month to the appropriate college or division—or, in some cases, vice president’s office (depending upon the size of the work unit). This invoice will request a ChartField combination that will be used to complete an Expense-to-Revenue (E2R) transaction by the Office of Human Resource Services.
