We’re pleased to announce Leadership Development at UF for 2008-2009, sponsored by the Office of Human Resource Services. This program will help maximize the leadership qualities you already possess while cultivating new strengths through education and training —all within a framework designed with the goals of the University of Florida in mind.
Whether you are an established leader at UF seeking to maximize your department's potential or an emerging leader who wishes to advance your career at UF, Leadership Development at UF can meet your needs.
A large and complex organization like the University of Florida requires strong leadership. With this in mind, we are pleased to offer a two-tiered approach to leadership development. Designed specifically for University of Florida managers, our "Next Level Leadership" program is for established leaders; the "UF Academy" seeks to cultivate emerging leaders. Both represent a remarkable opportunity to learn and to grow. If you are in a leadership position at UF, I encourage you to apply to participate in the program that is aligned with your career goals.
