Next Level Leadership

Participation in this program will begin again in January 2010.  A call for applications will occur in early Fall 2009. 

Next Level Leadership is a program designed for existing UF leaders—that is, assistant directors and above as well as faculty members in leadership positions.  Designed to provide University of Florida leaders with skills and tools to more effectively lead, manage, and mentor others, this program is for faculty members and professional staff who are focused on formal ways to contribute in leadership positions at the University of Florida.

Each year, applicants are selected to participate in a year-long program that include seminars, assessments, and access to the key leaders in the organization. The Next Level Leadership team focuses both on an individualized action plan as well as a team project to benefit UF in the future.
