This course is required to obtain the UF_EPAF_Department Admin role, which gives security to use ePAF.

Learn how to process a voucher, gain voucher approval, obtain payment, sign up for exceptions notifications, and identify budget errors. To view the Training/Go-Live Schedule and determine your department's week of training, please visit the myUF Market section of UF Purchasing's web site.

This hands-on workshop, introducing the new myUF Market, is for employees designated Requestors.  To ensure space availability, participants should attend during the week designated for their college/department.  Units will go live with the myUF Market as their training week begins and once security is in place.  DSAs can request security for Requestors within a day or two after training completion.  Pilot participants who attended PST073—PILOT ONLY do not need to re-attend.

This overview introduces the new myAssets property system online to Property Custodians and Contacts. Easy to use, this new tool is accessible online through the internet using a Gatorlink username and password.  Property Custodians and Contacts can instantly get a listing of their department assets, and filter the asset list with several different criteria including items still needing to be inventoried, location and user.

No more filling out forms by hand! Make selections and submit requests for changes to the status of property such as:
• Updating property information
• Completing Software and Book inventory
• Printing out pre-filled Off Campus Certification letters
• Creating a Report of Survey
• Requesting surplus equipment pickup
• Requesting replacement door or asset decals and much more!

This system prompts the user through each request. Built in workflow routes Information entered automatically for proper department approval. Once approved by departments, Asset Management updates asset information in myUFL.
