Update: HCA hospitals will remain in Aetna network

Aetna and HCA Florida have reached an agreement, and 49 HCA hospitals—including North Florida Regional Medical Center—will remain in the Aetna network.

Aetna is in ongoing contract negotiations with HCA Florida. If an agreement cannot be reached, 49 hospitals, including North Florida Regional Medical Center, will no longer be part of the Aetna provider network as of Sept. 6.

Be sure to use your personal days by June 30

If you have unused 2018–2019 TEAMS or faculty personal leave days or a USPS personal holiday, the last day to use them is June 30, which is fiscal year end.

Report 2018-2019 compensatory leave use by May 30

All non-exempt TEAMS and USPS employees, as well as exempt USPS employees, may use overtime and/or special compensatory leave through the end of the fiscal year (June 30, 2019).
