Revised 2014-2015 Fringe Benefit Pool Rates

The University has calculated revised proposed rates for the pooled fringe rates for fiscal year 2014-15 and has submitted them to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. From the previous communication distributed on April 8, 2014, only three employee groups are impacted by the revisions – Graduate Assistants, Housestaff, and PostDocs. The revisions are reflected in the percentages below. Although we do not expect any objection to these proposed revisions, the rates are subject to their approval and as such should be used with that understanding in your planning for fiscal year 2014-15. The rates, when approved, will be effective July 1, 2014.
