This spring, the UF Field & Fork Campus Food Program, in partnership with UFHR WorkLife, will present a series of monthly courses designed to demonstrate that cooking vegetables, especially when in season, can be easy, fun and delicious.
The University has calculated the new proposed pooled fringe rates for fiscal year 2018-19 and has submitted them to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Although we do not expect any objections, the proposed rates are subject to DHHS approval and should be used with that understanding in your planning for fiscal year 2018-19. The rates, when approved, will be effective July 1, 2018.
Beginning Monday, April 16, UFDocuSign—an electronic signature service that lets users securely sign and initial electronic documents instead of paper copies—will be available to all UF faculty and staff for free. Faculty and staff are encouraged to use the service for official university business requiring signatures in order to save time, money and the frustration of waiting on documents.
We are pleased to announce a call for applications for the UF Academy and the Advanced Leadership for Academics and Professionals program. Both of these highly regarded leadership development programs will begin in the fall of 2018, running through May 2019. Applications are being accepted now through May 1, 2018.
