Optimize the overall structure and processes of our systems to enhance performance, efficiency and productivity. Collect, analyze and interpret a wealth of data regarding key aspects of the organization, such as employee performance, customer satisfaction, operational processes and financial metrics.
Complete design and delivery to align system functionality with UF needs and begin iterative testing, including customer confirmation and end-to-end testing
Develop a strategic and deliberate bargaining process for all four union contracts
Partner and facilitate an enterprise-wide implementation of occupational health services
Establish a fitness for duty evaluation program to ensure employees are physically and mentally capable of performing their job tasks safely and effectively
Partner with the Office of Compliance and Ethics to create a clear a strategy for international and out-of-state employment that aligns with the goals of the University
Evaluate and revise business processes to streamline and optimize processes, eliminating unnecessary steps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
Create and implement strategy to build skills/competencies framework that supports Workday implementation and integration of HR subspecialties (classification, recruitment, performance management, professional and career development, etc.)
Clarify and implement UF standards related to compensation (partnering with Huron)
Review operations-related business processes to identify potential improvements
