Goal

Optimize the overall structure and processes of our systems to enhance performance, efficiency and productivity. Collect, analyze and interpret a wealth of data regarding key aspects of the organization, such as employee performance, customer satisfaction, operational processes and financial metrics.

Strategies

Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP)

Complete design and delivery to align system functionality with UF needs and begin iterative testing, including customer confirmation and end-to-end testing​

Strategic Bargaining​

Develop a strategic and deliberate bargaining process for all four union contracts​

Occupational Health​

Partner and facilitate an enterprise-wide implementation of occupational health services​

Fitness for Duty ​

Establish a fitness for duty evaluation program to ensure employees are physically and mentally capable of performing their job tasks safely and effectively​

Comprehensive Global Employment Strategy ​

Partner with the Office of Compliance and Ethics to create a clear a strategy for international and out-of-state employment that aligns with the goals of the University​

Continuous Process Improvement​

Evaluate and revise business processes to streamline and optimize processes, eliminating unnecessary steps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies​

Skills/Competencies​

Create and implement strategy to build skills/competencies framework that supports Workday implementation and integration of HR subspecialties (classification, recruitment, performance management, professional and career development, etc.)​

Compensation standards/Philosophy​

Clarify and implement UF standards related to compensation (partnering with Huron)​

Operational Assessment​

Review operations-related business processes to identify potential improvements​
