Update the current model and programs to align with the skills, behaviors, traits and knowledge required for effective leadership at UF.
Modify and implement improvements by developing resources and evaluating the current process and system.
Develop and strengthen post-leadership program support and resources to foster further development and application of learning.
Collaborate with AI2 and other campus partners to provide professional development programming that helps UF employees improve knowledge and develop skills to utilize AI tools and resources more effectively.
