Open Enrollment

Read all Open Enrollment materials promptly and carefully

  • Open Enrollment packets from PeopleFirst should have arrived by mail in mid-October
  • Watch for email communications from UFHR Benefits and see UF at Work for additional info
  • Check out What’s new for 2018
  • Visit the PeopleFirst website for further details about changes to State of Florida plans

Enroll or make your changes online

You can make changes and/or elections between Oct. 16 and Nov. 10 (by 6 p.m. EST). Please note: While the UF Benefits office will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10, you can still make your changes online via the People First and/or myUFL systems on this day.

State of Florida Plans

To make changes to or enroll in State of Florida plans via People First, have your PeopleFirst user ID (PFID) ready.

To locate your PFID, login to the myUFL system and navigate to: Main Menu > My Self Service > Benefits > PFID & Beneficiary Info.

Please note PeopleFirst passwords expire every 90 days. To reset, log onto the PeopleFirst website and follow “Forgot Password” instructions. For further assistance, call 1-866-663-4735.

UF Select Plans

To make changes to or enroll in UF Select plans, login to the myUFL system and navigate to: Main Menu > My Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment.
