Registration

This toolkit provides resources for staff who perform registration functions in myUFL.  Such functions include enrolling a student into a course and dropping a course.  Additionally, resources regarding common registration overrides, self service functions, and the Student Services Center are available.

This toolkit also provides helpful resources for Block Enrollment.  Block Enrollment is the processes that allows colleges and departments to identify cohorts of students with similar, or identical, course needs and enroll them in one process.

Instruction Guides

Training

To register for online courses in myTraining, navigate to mytraining.hr.ufl.edu. From the myTraining Dashboard, you can search for courses using the Activity Search field in the upper left hand corner. Just type the course name, course ID or a keyword and then click Search.

After you’ve registered for training, your current enrollments display in the Training list found on the Dashboard page. To begin an online course, click the green Start button.

Main Menu > My Self Service > Training and Development > myTraining

This self-paced online course covers the essential registration functions conducted by University of Florida staff.  These actions include Enroll and Drop.  Objectives of the course include:

  1. Recognize and appropriately apply the common terms associated with registration in myUFL
  2. Use the Quick Enroll a student page to enroll a student in a class
  3. Use theQuick Enroll a Student page to drop a student from a  class
  4. Use the Enrollment Request page to enroll a student into a class
  5. Use the Enrollment Request page to drop a student from a class
