Paid Family Leave

Overview

Our Paid Family Leave program offers 8 full weeks of leave over a 24-month period for qualifying events. It provides flexibility during major life events like personal medical issues, caring for the serious medical condition of an immediate family member, or the birth, placement, or fostering of a child. This leave may count towards an employee’s FMLA entitlement and can be used for parental leave, medical leave, or a combination of both.
