This award is designed to recognize the outstanding service of long-time employees retiring from the University of Florida.
To be eligible for this award, employees must have at least 10 years of service with the university and be retiring from employment, be nominated via a letter from the employee’s supervisor, department chair or vice president. The nomination letter should include the date when the award is to be given to the employee.
Nomination letters should be emailed to Verlissa Ford (v.ford@ufl.edu) or mailed to Training & Organizational Development at P.O. Box 115006. When requesting this award, please allow a minimum of three weeks for printing, signatures and award assembly.
