HR Liaisons serve as strategic partners connecting colleges and administrative units with UF Human Resources. This collaborative network brings together Campus HR Directors, selected by the Vice President for Human Resources, to represent the unique needs and complexities of their respective areas while actively contributing to institutional strategy, operational alignment, policy development, and compliance practices. Through ongoing collaboration, HR Liaisons provide informed, evidence-based perspectives that guide decision-making, identify emerging workforce challenges, and strengthen alignment between unit priorities and university-wide HR initiatives. In this role, they not only support implementation but also champion organizational change — ensuring thoughtful adoption of new programs and fostering a consistent, high-quality employee experience across the university.
