The myUFL portal provides UF faculty, staff and students with direct, easy access to UF’s online resources, information, and systems. This university portal makes it possible for many UF business processes to be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This toolkit is designed for all users of the myUFL portal, including faculty, staff, students, and other UF-affiliated users. Refer to this information when navigating through self-service functions, personalizing the portal view, or as a refresher on basic myUFL functionality.

You may notice the navigation in myUFL is different than what is shown in these training resources.  Rest assured, these changes are primarily look and feel differences. All policies and procedures discussed in these materials are accurate and up to date. Training materials will be updated to reflect the new look and menu of myUFL.

Security Roles

Lists and descriptions of all UF security roles may be found on the Identity & Access Management website.

  • The security roles used for basics in myUFL are automatically given with the Gator Link account. Please contact your Department Security Administrator, or DSA, if you have any trouble with using the My Self Service link.
