Employment Operations & Records is a unit of UF Human Resources responsible for many electronic transactions that support the hiring of new employees, employment changes during the life cycle of UF employees, and the records produced and maintained as a result of these transactions.
Staying up-to-date throughout the year is critical as our department will announce important updates and reminders in the HR Forum as well as with our Employment Operations Reports. An archive of our last three reports can be located at the bottom of this page; these reports are emailed at various times throughout the year to anyone who holds the Department Admin or Level 1 ePAF security roles. If you do not have one of these roles but you are interested in receiving these reports, please contact us below.
