The Simple Syllabus Library allows the public to view published syllabi. However, editing access is restricted and requires an approved security role and authentication through GatorLink single sign-on (SSO).
Editing access to UF Simple Syllabus is limited to individuals formally assigned responsibility for creating, editing, and publishing specific course syllabi:
When someone is not listed as the primary instructor, secondary instructor, or TA for the course in the Schedule of Courses, additional security roles are required. These security roles are intended for support staff who are not assigned to teach the course. The following security roles are eligible for access:
