The form selector module lets you choose and embed a form on the site. Simply select the name of the form from the dropdown list and it will be added to the page.

  Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, xlsx, Max. file size: 80 MB.
  After you add a file to this list it will have a red circle with an X through it to allow you to delete the attachment from the message. If you see this icon your attachment has been properly added to the message. If you need to upload a video file, a file larger than 50mb, or have difficulty with the uploader, email the files to hrscommunications@ufl.edu
