As an HR professional, you help shape the employee experience at UF. You are a strategic partner, an advocate for employees and policies, and a change champion who supports people through transitions. Your role involves:
UFHR is comprised of 8 unique departments all working together to provide support during all stages of life for employees at UF and you as HR professionals. The core office is your resource for asking questions, partnering on difficult situations, thinking strategically through change, and assisting in all aspects of HR.
Leads projects and partnerships that advance UFHR’s long-term goals and support the university’s strategic priorities. This office focuses on innovation, organizational effectiveness, and shaping the future of HR at UF. Read UFHR’s Strategic Plan.
HR Liaisons are representatives and departmental contacts who serve as the first point of support between UFHR and colleges/units. They are your resource for unit-specific questions.
