Position Summary
The University of Florida (UF) seeks an innovative and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Residence Life & Education within the Department of Housing & Residence Life. This leadership position provides vision, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure a dynamic, learning-centered residential experience for over 9,000 students across UF’s residence halls and village communities.
The Director leads a dedicated team of professional and student staff responsible for fostering a sense of community, purposeful residential learning, and creating meaningful connections that contribute to lifelong student success. This role is instrumental in shaping UF’s on-campus living experience, ensuring students engage in holistic development, and creating vibrant residential communities.
