  • Introducing a new approach to staff evaluations

    UFHR has introduced “UF Engaged,” a new approach to staff appraisals designed to encourage regular feedback, rather than a once-a-year evaluation. With UF Engaged, there will no longer be annual appraisals, ratings or complicated categories. Instead, leaders will get a quarterly reminder to provide feedback to employees, arranged around each employee’s anniversary date.

    The new system is designed to support UFHR’s Strategic Commitment: To take an aligned and contemporary approach to performance management that focuses on fostering high performance.
